The studio is small by design. There are no more than 10 people, all equipment is provided, and I can adapt the class when you need it.

My studio is a purpose-built room at the end of my garden in Wallington. Mats, blocks, bolsters, cushions and blankets are provided.

Hatha Yoga

The physical practice. Movement, breath and deep relaxation for all levels.

Pregnancy Yoga

Strength, comfort, and breathing techniques during pregnancy.

Yin Yoga

Long-held, floor-based poses with props and time to settle.

Restorative Yoga

Supported poses and long periods of stillness.
