Privacy Notice

Before joining classes, you complete a health assessment. I use this to:

• Evaluate if a class is safe for you
• Modify poses to suit your needs
• Be aware of conditions requiring special attention

Health data receives extra security with two-step verification. Only I can access it, and it's only shared when legally required. Health forms are retained for seven years (insurance requirement).

From class bookings or newsletter signups, I collect your name, email, and phone number. I use this to:

• Communicate class changes or cancellations
• Send workshop updates (if you've requested them)
• Occasionally check in if you've been absent for a while

• Responding to your enquiries
• Occasional wellness check-ins if you've been absent

You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time.

• Health forms: 7 years (insurance requirement)
• Contact details: Until you ask me to remove them
• Booking history: While you're actively attending, plus a reasonable period after

You can:

• Request a copy of your data
• Correct any information that's wrong
• Request deletion (except health forms I'm required to keep)
• Lodge a complaint with the ICO (though I'd rather you talk to me first)
